Haha, I know. After not getting a reply originally for a week, I got a bit impatient and so I did open the clain on PayPal. But when I replied, I just left it as that, a claim. But not hearing from her now, I had to escalate it. What really upsets me is that she ordered the carrier without my approval. She never said she could get the black Sturdibag divided carrier for me, not did she give me prices for it, etc. And I don't know what's happening with the water bowl I ordered. I'm stressing out right now because of this.
I don't need the extra stress on something that should have been stressfree. ;(
