Yeah, I would go with premeditated; I think Juan proved premeditated in three different ways. The actual planning of the murder and also premeditated doesn't necessarily take a plan, it can just be in seconds because the action was meant to cause death, like cutting the throat, or shooting in the head. I have to add though, I was so wrong with Casey's trial.
