You know, in reference to the smell..... I have now bought two of them - one was a 5 inch one and one was a 12 inch one that I cut in two pieces. They are both Merrick brand. The first one smelled like pee but the second one just smells kinda smoky - not nasty at all. Wonder why they would be different? Maybe one really was dried bull penis and the other just a muscle/tendon thing??? Any ideas anyone??
