OMG, This happened at my house last week. I was on the bed reading...as usual, Tyson was right next to me sorta taking a nap. The phone on the night stand started ringing. I didn't answer the phone because it was a 1-800 number. Tyson, he looked at me, looked at the phone, lifted his little head up and proceeded to howl! I almost fell off the bed

He has never howled before but I used to have a Beagle that would do it all the time. I was stunned and he looked so silly!! When I started laughing he looked so surprised...I don't think he knew he could make that sound!
