I wish we had a better solution for fleas, but there isn't one that doesn't carry risks or downsides.

I hate putting Frontline on my boys and I resisted last year until we met our first flea. Seeing what only a couple of fleas can do to a dog -- poor Teddy was miserable -- I applied the Frontline, splitting the dose between my boys. We also vacuumed the entire house, under furniture, and the car every single day. Combed the boys head to toe after each outing. It was exhausting work.

I understand not wanting to use Frontline, but reactions and stress from being bitten by fleas is not good for our pups' health.
