1st I'd give her a little spot of nutrical when you get her home. I'd have some strained baby food - turkey and rice is always good, and a soft spoon like they use for babies and you can let her lick it or spoon a bit into her mouth. Soft food should be okay - no kibble until you can tell her mouth doesn't hurt anymore (when she starts chewing on toys again probably). ASK THE VET too. Make sure you take home pain meds just in case. I gave mine her pain meds for at least 5 days for the teeth. I put mine in a t-shirt so they don't mess with stitches or lick the spots. Usually they are back to normal from spaying in 24 hours except for itchies, and teeth in about 4 days has been my experience...
If I were you - I'd call the vet now and have them type up a "things you can do" list. My vet did this.
My little Elvira gets spayed at the end of this month at 4 pounds too.
