She could possibly have a sliver of mulch that is stuck/blocking her intestine....I would get her to a vet...ER vet....immediately for abdominal xrays. She needs to be rehydrated again if she is not drinking...This really needs to be checked ASAP....if she has a stick that has obstructed her bowel, or possibly maybe even perforated her bowel, this can deteriorate quickly, especially if bowel content has leaked into her abdominal cavity. I would insist on an abdominal xray, for my own piece of mind, if nothing else!.....I have done that before. (I forgot today is not the weekend, so I recommended the ER vet!-sorry)
