I agree.....If they are healthy, you should not have any more issues than with a standard size yorkie. I have 3 yorkies....one is around 3 1/2 pounds and healthy. She is 10 months and will hopefully get to be around 4 lbs. I have had not hypoglycemic issues with her and only a mild intestinal infection. You do need to feed frequent meals with the smaller ones. I also have one that is 19 weeks and almost 2 lbs. For the first time today, she had a hypoglycemic episode! It is scary and the smaller they are the bigger the possibly of this happening. Some are fine but there is always a possibility with any size to have health issues!
