Having two pups can be just that. I think that once you are confident that your pup is fully potty trained, done with teething and well trained is when you should consider getting a new pup to add to the mix. Normally that can take up to 18 mo to 2 yrs of age. Plus a well behaved pup is your best tool when it comes to teaching a new pup the ins and out of potty training.
As a trainer I agree with this. Two young puppies at one time tend to bond more to each other, than their people. Potty training two at once is awful in my opinion.
