Just out of curiosity, I looked up Tennessee's licensing requirements for pets. None. Zero. Zip. Zilch. Nada. I don't know about statewide, but there is nothing on a local or county level where I live. Greeders and millers are required to have a business license.
One interesting fact I did discover. By state law, a bitch in heat is required to be confined for 24 days during her cycle. If that bitch gets out, it is legal to kill her!
