I think it's sad for the dog to be ripped away from their family like that.

However, I don't disagree with the tags thing. It's $6.50 here in my town 1x a year. $20 for a rabies vaccine at a clinic. If you can't afford $26.50 1x a year, you probably should not own a dog....
