You know, I wish that was being done here. We live net to a young couple who have about 5 dogs and they do not keep their dogs up to date on their shots and/or licenses. It makes me so angry that people think they do not need to follow the rules everyone else follows! There is a reason we take care of our pets, for their health and for ours and out pets!
Our yard is fenced but that doesn't make me worry any less. They have an invisible fence and at least one of their very large dogs has gotten past it at least twice that I know of. We can no longer let out dogs outside of the fenced area if their dogs are out as we have to worry about one of their big dogs running after and hurting one of our dogs. Really makes me angry!!
