Congratulations on your new litter. I am sorry you lost your little one. It would probably be best to discuss the vaccinations with your vet. For myself, I never give any vaccinations before the puppies are 8 weeks old and with the smaller pups I wait longer. I also never give the lepto shot.
Keep in mine that some vets do over vaccinate so I recommend you doing some research on the dangers of over vaccination.
