This is the time you make sure you have completely puppy proofed your home. My owners are reading all the information I have sent them in their puppy paks. They are reading the two books I recommended for fthem to get, and they are writing down all the questions they can possibly think of to ask, when they pick baby up. My new parents are buying baby clothes, beds, blankets, food bowls, and recommended toys. They are making sure they have found a vet that is perfect for taking care of their new baby, specializing in small dogs and even specializing in Yorkies! With summer coming on, they are ordering tiny little life vests so that baby can learn to swim and so those with pools and ponds in the back yard, never let their babies out without their vest on!
