Yes I remember and I can also feel your frustration when it comes to my DH & DS not listening or following the rules when it comes to our pups and potty training.

I do sort of agree with him thou . . . she cant be tethered every minute of every day while she is awake or how will you know that she has learn her boundaries?

If you have already set clear boundaries for her, everyone knows them and you have worked with her so that she knows them. They need to be tested to reassure that they are clear. What better way to do that than to allow her to run free. But only after she has done her business and only under strick supervision. I think its the DH that needs a refresher corse on the rules and boundaries that you have in place!!
