Oh my goodness poor sweet Daisy. Many prayers going out for her.

I would most certainly be down at Animal Control making a report. If that didn't work then I would make a Police Report.

I have no tolerance for people that allow things like this to happen and then don't own up to the responsibility of what their pet had has done.
