I think many Yorkies like to or need to pee whenever they get excited -- during or after playtime, meal time, when the doorbell rings, when they wake up. My adult Yorkie boys are pad trained and one of them likes to go often. He is fine if we are somewhere without access to his pad or outdoors (like a friend's house), but he likes to pee often at home.
It might be that Boo needs lots of potty breaks often.
