Sometimes ears flop during teething, but they should pop back up. I'm not positive if her floppy ears have anything to do with the Griffon in her. There's never a "right answer" when it comes to a mixed breed. You just never really know what traits the pup will pick up from each side. If her ears are really big, it might be the weight of her actual ear causing the flop. Even if you shave the hair on the ear, the actual ear could still be too heavy. Do you have a picture?

If you really want them to go up, you can tape them as if they never went up & check them after a few days. It wouldn't hurt. I have a Yorkie/Maltese mix & she has one floppy ear. It's cute though, so I never taped them.
