I have researched the early signs of yorkie pregnancy and they all say pretty much the same thing. The hard part is, I don't know what normal behavior is for her, plus any change in behavior as well as eating habits could be contributed to her adjusting to her new home. She does sleep a lot and wants to be with me all the time. She literally follows me around the house where ever I go, she's not far behind. Any information would be extremely helpful.

This whole scenario sounds risqué to say the least...anyway, sounds like you did rescue this poor thing from a less than normal situation...
First things first, you need to get this dog to a vet asap, there is no telling, given what you described what her health is, she should be vetted and you need to really explain the situation to this vet, I'm afraid for this poor girls health and there is no telling who or what got her pregnant, and she most likely is pregnant.
