I'm new to this site. It's nice to meet you all!
I have a 9 month old yorkie~. His name is Thumper.
Last month, I took him to the vet and she prescribed him heartworm medication--Iverhart Plus. He took his second dose today...he threw up all of his dinner and afternoon training treats! ): I did not realize that there was a recall on the medication...I guess my vet didn't know either. I am planning to go to the vet ASAP to see if she will replace it since I have a 1/2 year pack.
Anyways...what brand of heartworm medication would you recommend? I saw Heartguard and Interceptor (sp?) on a couple of threads...
