I've never in my life seen an overweight puppy. I don't believe it's possible lol.
Jackson is over 16lbs and not overweight. Just a bigger guy.
He filled out around 2. He remained at 12lbs from about 7 months - a little over a year. At 4 1/2, he maintains around 16/17lbs.
