Oh goodness. Welcome to Yorkie puppyhood, LOL! Yes, your little guy will calm down. At 3 months, he's the equivalent of a human 2 year old. It will take some effort on your part to teach him what is acceptable and appropriate behavior, but the payoff will be more than worth it!
