Nylabones are fine. I don't use any other bones or chews because I don't think they are worth the risks. I think brushing the teeth at least every other day and preferable every day is the best way to help keep their teeth nice. I also think that professional dental cleanings under anesthesia and performed by a licensed vet when the teeth need it is important.
