Thanks, Anne. Roxi is starting to turn silver, but I'm not sure if she will ever be all silver.
I'm sorry that you can't take your baby to work. I have worked for a family-owned construction company for over 19 yrs. Not only can I bring my little Roxi to work, but I was able to bring my daughter whenever I had daycare problems (which was great considering I was a single mom).
