If these parts are not refrigerated immediately after the animal is killed they cannot be used for human consumtion, but can be for pet food. Also, animals that arrive at the dog food plant dead on arrival cannot be used for human consumtion, but can be used in pet food.
Now, I don't know, but I stand by my decision not to feed by-products. The other thing... dogs with allergies probably shouldn't be eating any corn.

Thanks for the info. My pups used to eat a Prey Model Raw diet. They ate all of those ingredients you listed. The only difference is that they were in raw form. There are many parts of an animal/ingedients that are not fit for human consumption, yet beneficial & necessary in a canine diet. Since you stated you're not feeding this food to your pups, then it really shouldn't matter to you anyway.
