I would go ahead and transition her just whenever you get near the end of your current bag of food since she's near a year old anyway
Toki has never been a picky eater but when she was a pup, I would soak her kibble in hot water for a few minutes or I'd add a small amount of canned food and make it kind of soupy and mix that with her kibbles. That always seemed to help encourage her to eat, especially in the mornings.
