Sit and come can be taught rather easily see above,stay can be alittle tougher,you have to put her on the leash inside with someone holding it with you standing beside her tell her to sit,then hold your hand in front of her face showing her your palm and say stay,start to walk away turn towards the dog repeat stay if you see her starting to get up,thenhold your hand out with a treat in it and tell her to come,you release the leash give the treat and praise,patience this takes alittle time,don't over do it,short sessions.
