If you use the right treat I guarantee she will come.Also when you say come try tapping your hand on your thigh when you say it.Put your dog on the leash you hold her,have your Husband walk 5 or 6 feet away tell her to sit have the treat in his hand let her know its there before you start,let her smell it,now tell her to come while you hold the treat out let the leash go and she will go to your husband as he immediately gives her the treat praise her up and down,repeat maybe once more then quit till the next day,obviously this exercise is being done indoors for safety,IT MUST BE A TREAT THAT SHE LOVES.
