I use Sentinel and Comfortitis with mine. They get the Sentinel and then two weeks later I give them the Comfortitis.

Sentinel has a Flea Birth Control in it that only sterilizes the flea, it doesn't kill them, just makes them unable to produce.

I have never had a problem using this combination.
