I have never heard of a Yorkie Rash..?? What did the Vet give you? Did the vet do a skin scraping to see if he had any fungus/ mites..? What did the vet tell you the rash was caused from?
Another thing to think of- skin rashes, dry skin, missing hair, hot spots, could be signs of poor diet or allergies.
If you are feeding a low quality dog food, try changing to better dog foods found in Pet Stores and these foods will not contain grains, wheat, corn, or soy all food allergies that cause these things in dogs.
Foods with wheat, rice, corn, oats, barley ect. Are fillers . Wheat middling, bone meal coloring's in pet foods all will cause some kind of skin rash.
Look for foods that contain real meat as the 1st ingredient and no corn or wheat.
Look for foods that are all meat based, especially fish as fish contains Omega 3 and 6 for a healthy skin and coat for dogs.
