I personally think 5 months is just too young to do a spay on a small puppy. Why have to go through having to put her under anesthesia twice? It is hard to say exactly when your pup will have her first heat but usually it is not that bad for a small pup. You do have to be very careful if you take them outside and protect her from any whole males in the neighborhood.
Yorkies do tend to retain teeth more often than other breeds for some reason.
