I did purchase my products at a show, but there was no choice, only one vender with one product. I would have liked to try Vellus cream, but maybe the next show i am able to get to will offer it.
I have read here on YT that some show breeders don't oil or wrap, what do they substitute with? It sounds appealing, but I don't know what they are doing instead to achieve growth.

I am sorry I don't know what they would substitute with in terms of growing coat.
Please consider you need to get your boy used to the show ring, and trained for it, even if his coat has not grown in yet. You could show him as a puppy. And I highly encourage taking handling classes for him most especially and for you.
