I always use drops in their ears after bath s just in case any water gets in them. When you clean out her ears is there a lot of gunk? If so I would take her to the vet bc yeast can get out of hand and grow fast. The Vet will have drops that will help too!
It does sound like you are doing the right things though with the drops, and yogurt. You can also give probiotics in her food. My Dog Daisy gets it every morning bc she has had lyme disease.
