Sounds perfect to me!!
Each dog is different. Jackson usually will go 2x a day (when we first wake up, and late afternoon). But if he gets a lot of exercise for the day, he often will go more. For example, on our 3 mile walk today, he poo'ed twice during it (and it's often softer than usual). And he had already gone in the AM. I think activity brings it on... it has happened no matter what food he's been on, so I think it's just him! ha, but if we're just at the house for the day, he will go once or twice - two small solid logs.
