to YT! Oh my, Cruz is such an adorable guy! Your mommy instincts are right, he shouldn't be around any other dogs or animals until he's had all his shots, so that includes public places/outdoors.
I can't remember when I started walking mine (puppyhood was years ago!) but I think it was around 5-6 months when they had completed their puppy shots.
