My appartment is a top floor appartment of a two floor building. My Garden is a roof garden. The wall around the garden at the very top is chest high on me (i'm 5'5) so I think thats ok. But the steps going up have a wall thats about 2 & 1/2 feet in places because of the angle. Do you think I should increase the hight there a little? The cats walk that way when they are trying to get away from Mitzi, and I'm worried that one day she'll try to follow and end up falling 2 floors. :Puppy:
