I do use Leba3 spray once in a while but I am hesitant because it has alcohol in it. |
How much toothpaste were you using? I only use a tiny amount, just a smear of it to get the taste on there. Make sure it's an 'Enzymatic' toothpaste, as that's what helps remove & prevent plaque. I brush my guys teeth every night b4 bedtime. I've been able to skip yearly dental cleanings, vet will let me know when they need to be cleaned.
They do have a little yellowing on the top of their back teeth right below the gum line...even w/daily brushing.

It's really important to brush small dogs teeth because they are known to have teeth problems and you don't want a 5 year old having to get most of there teeth pulled. I am sure they would rather have there teeth brushed then not have them at all. Bad teeth can lead to many health problems. |
