When you post, click the little icon that looks like a globe with a chain link on it (the icon is under the big "A" and when you mouse over the icon, it will say "Insert Link"). Once you click on it, a little box will pop up where you copy and paste the link. Then click "okay" and it automatically inserts it as a clickable link.
