Most likely your female is running a lower temperature because of low blood sugar. If she is off her food that could explain the lower temp. Try to get your girl to eat more if possible. What are you feeding her? How big is your little girl?
The clear sticky mucus is normal. Often when a female gets really big with pups she is unable to lick her vulva so it is important for us to trim the hair on the vulva and to keep it clean.
