The Vet did explain to you that Trifexis is a Heart Worm pill that is given monthly and that it prevents heart worm, and other intestinal worms and takes care of flea's.
Since he was given a wormer at the Vet today, I would have held off on giving him the Trifexis, but since you gave it, please keep real close eye for signs of a possible reaction to having the two med's and Vac's at the same time. This is an awful lot for a small system to handle at once. |
I will keep a close eye on him tonight, I hope the medicine works and I will keep you guys posted.
