 My Banana ate a Button!!!
It was an awful day yesterday. My 15 week old Banana ate a button that fell off my hubby's coat. As fast as it dropped to the floor she gobbled it up. When I put my finger in the mouth she swallowed it.
I called the vet and she said to give he 5cc or 1 tbsp of peroxide to induce vomiting. Well she heaved and puked and heaved and puked like 8 times and the last thing to come out was the button. My baby was covered in puke and so frightened. I cleaned her up and called the vet back to let her know. Banana didn't eat the whole day and finally ate this morning. I have been putting her in the play pen to rest and nap yesterday and today.
It took a lot out of her.
This morning while she ate and then slept I cried and cried. I can't get her little scared face out of my head while she was puking. Poor baby!!!
