It's called trial and error and adjust right? Could've happened to anyone, right?
*sigh*
It does seem to do what it says it does...it is just overdoing it because I overdid it. So, I'll give a better review on the actual product later.
But again to the Seller Review! Jenny is just a sweetheart. Going thru all she was going thru this week with Mimi not feeling well and a migraine and she still sent this order out super fast AND included a sample of cream rinse from her own stash.
Now that is above and beyond customer service! I hope anyone who hasn't worked with Jenny for grooming products, reads this and gives her a shot. She's so awesome to answer all your questions and "diagnose" and recommend products (this is what she did for me in the beginning).
Jenny, before I messed up the result of Mandie's bath with overdoing the serum, I was soooo happy!! I love that cream rinse and thank you for sending it! You say they are discontinuing it? I wonder why? Anyway, I grabbed a gallon bottle of it off of ebay just now so at least I'll have some for a while |
Oh Terri, you're so funny, I've done that too loll! Remember, start small & work up. The thing w/ serums is that it's very oily, so a little goes a long way. I think just a tiny dab on your finger will be fine.
Tomlyn stopped making grooming products (I think), I checked their site & they didn't have any...they do still sell their products online, amazon too. I hope the cream rinse will help w/Mandie's dry skin & hair. Thank you & enjoy!
