There is a Filipino based chain here called Jollibee. They serve a few noodle dishes including spaghetti and they also have this dish that's pancit palabok: noodles with chicharon, shrimp and egg. But then here they changed the name to Fiesta Noodles. LOL. I have yet to try it. I'm not that big into Filipino food. Most of it is deep fried and pretty oily, and that's coming from a Chinese person!
And I don't know what is up with Hong Kong food and corn. There's like corn on everything.
