I was thinking about getting a cloud 9 bed for him, will it be too big for a puppy?

He looks a little big, but 8 lbs adult size is plausible. There is a Yorkie growth chart in one of the "stickies" on the YorkieTalk website that you can use to estimate future size, but you have to know the current weight. The Cloud 9 bed is certainly luxurious, but you may want to save that for him to sleep in when he is older. My Yorkie is sleeping in a small pet carrier (with a luxurious terry cloth towel liner, LOL!
) for purposes of potty training and safety. I don't know how washable a Cloud 9 is (if it gets pottied on), but at that price, I don't want to find out
