The lime dress is about 6.25" long not incl the straps. Incl the straps, it is about 8.75" long. Around the elastic part is about 9", but of course it stretches too since it's elasticized.
The hoodie is about 7" long from shoulder to hem, not incl the hoodie. Around it is about 12", measuring at the widest part just below the armpits. I measured the neck flat, and it looks like that measures about 10" around. Also, it has a slit in the back for a leash to fit through and connect to a harness.
