He looks like a purebred Yorkie to me

. Some people will tell you that 8 weeks is too young to adopt a Yorkie, but that's the age I adopted my Bella, and she's turning out great! But if you decide to get him, see if you can put down a deposit and pick him up in a couple of weeks because everyone says that 10 to 12 weeks is better. And see if you can have a vet look him over. If not, get a guarantee that you can return him within X number of days if your vet finds a problem with him. And make sure they have kept his shots and deworming current. And see if he is AKC registered. That's all I can think of for now...
