My pup (5 months old) starts barking occasionally at night. I have noticed that this always happens after the TV has been turned off. Apparently, it's when it's real quiet that he begins to hear whatever noises are going on outside. A couple of times, I have turned the TV back on -- and he has stopped barking.
But who wants their TV on all night!!!!!!
Perhaps a radio (near the dog) would be better.
