If you guys are familiar with Safari's story from Facebook, Toto is from the same family (but not same breeder). The reason Safari was given up is obvious, but for Toto, he's healthy as far as we know. The reason I was given was the owner is newly married and is pregnant. Perhaps the husband didn't want the dogs? I don't really know. Many times they don't give the real reasons.
