I usually walk at a beach, part on sand and part boardwalk. Dogs aren't allowed on boardwalk, but probably in a stroller would be ok. Only problem is that all the tourists would want to stop and pet them, and the stroller wouldn't work on sand. My other option, the street near my house is busy, with limited sidewalks.

I do have to do something though, Meika is overweight and weight control dog food is not working.
