Yeah every Yorkie pup should come with a label that says .... there will be delays in housetraining
But it sounds like you're on the right track
Pups need to be watched whenever they have free reign
What does work well is the ever shrinking wee wee pad .... where an area gets carpetted with pads and you remove more and more with time until there's just one left
